Resetting Patient Account Password

If a patient is unable to log into the Digital 360 Health platform, follow the steps below to reset the account:

  1. Click the  icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Enter the patient information and select from the list.
  3. Click the button in the bottom left-hand corner of the patient profile. Based on account status, the button will show one of the following:
    • Send Invite Message
    • Resend Invite Message
    • Reset Account
  4. After clicking the link in the email, the patient will be asked to verify their identity by entering their last name and date of birth before choosing a new password.


It can take up to 60 seconds for the system to send the message to the patient.
