Scheduled Survey Compliance

Quickly view survey compliance details by patient name. Scheduled Survey Compliance report includes:

• Number of scheduled surveys 
• Number of surveys taken by the patient
• Number of surveys taken in compliance
• Number of additional surveys taken outside of scheduled surveys
• Compliance percentage

To run the scheduled survey compliance report, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Surveys.
2. Click Scheduled Survey Compliance.
3. Select the Survey.
4. Select the date range (365 days maximum).
5. Optional: Select maximum compliance %, include patients with incalculable compliance, and how many days after the reminder was the survey taken and still considered "In Compliance."
6. Click Run Report.
