Schedule a Survey

Follow the steps below to schedule a new survey for a patient:

  1. Go to Surveys.
  2. Click Schedule a Survey.
  3. Enter the patient information and click Search.
  4. View currently scheduled surveys for the patient.
  5. Enter the survey schedule details:
    • Select which survey the patient should take.
    • Select when the survey should start and stop.
    • Set patient reminders.
  6. Click Save.
