Follow the steps below to run a Patient Activity Report:
- Go to Reports.
- Click Patient Activity Report.
- Enter patient details and click Continue to search.
- If more than one patient matches the search, click Select next to the appropriate patient or refine your search.
- Optional: Select a date range and include Messages, Surveys, and Telephone Calls.
- Click Run Report.
- View activity report, click Print in the upper right-hand corner.
