To send a mass message:
- Go to Setup.
- Click Patients.
- Click the icon to set patient criteria. For example, set the date range of the appointment to today if you need to notify patients of a weather-related office closure.
- Click Search.
- Click Mass Message.
- Select if you would like to create a new message or start with an existing message, this will copy over the subject, body, and secure message option.
After sending a mass message, the message is queued for approximately 10 minutes allowing you to make changes or cancel it. Follow the steps below:
- Go to Tools.
- Click Mass Messages.
- Click View to see the message details.
