Mass Messages

To send a mass message:

  1. Go to Setup.
  2. Click Patients.
  3. Click the   icon to set patient criteria. For example, set the date range of the appointment to today if you need to notify patients of a weather-related office closure.
  4. Click Search.
  5. Click Mass Message.
  6. Select if you would like to create a new message or start with an existing message, this will copy over the subject, body, and secure message option.

After sending a mass message, the message is queued for approximately 10 minutes allowing you to make changes or cancel it. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Tools.
  2. Click Mass Messages.
  3. Click View to see the message details.
