To view patients enrolled in General Monitoring, enrollment dates, and status, follow the steps below:
- Go to Monitoring.
- Click Enrollment under General.
To enroll a patient in General Monitoring:
- Click Add.
- Choose enrollment option:
- Enroll into General Monitoring
- Patient Declined - The patient does not wish to participate in General Monitoring.
- Patient Ineligible - The patient is already enrolled in General Monitoring with a doctor at another office or if the patient has no preferred method of contact.
- Search for the patient.
- Select diagnosis, click continue.
- Select survey reminders, click continue.
- Review details, click Enroll in General Monitoring.
