General Enrollment

To view patients enrolled in General Monitoring, enrollment dates, and status, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Monitoring.
  2. Click Enrollment under General.

To enroll a patient in General Monitoring:

  1. Click Add.
  2. Choose enrollment option:
    • Enroll into General Monitoring
    • Patient Declined - The patient does not wish to participate in General Monitoring.
    • Patient Ineligible - The patient is already enrolled in General Monitoring with a doctor at another office or if the patient has no preferred method of contact.
  3. Search for the patient.
  4. Select diagnosis, click continue.
  5. Select survey reminders, click continue.
  6. Review details, click Enroll in General Monitoring.
