Create custom alerts to quickly review a patient's survey response, survey score, or metric if it changes by a specified parameter.

To configure a new alert, follow the steps below:
- Go to Monitoring.
- Click Configured Alerts.
- Click Add Configured Alert.
- Select the type of alert to add.
- Customize the alert.
- Click Save.
