Smart Response Categories

Locate your smart responses quickly by organizing them into categories. 

Follow the steps below to create a Smart Response Category:

  1. Go to Setup.
  2. Click Smart Response Categories.
  3. Click Add Category.
  4. Enter a category name.
  5. Click Save.
