Smart Responses

Streamline your workflow by creating smart responses. Smart responses are prepared messages that can automatically populate attributes such as patient name, procedure date, provider name, etc. 

To create a smart response, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Setup.
  2. Click Smart Responses.
  3. Click Add Smart Response.
  4. Select the type of smart response:
    • Message
    • Billing Code Review Question
    • Billing Related Task
  5. Enter a title for the smart response.
  6. Enter the response. To include a keyboard in your response to populate an attribute, click the keyword and paste it into the response box.
  7. Optional: Choose a Smart Response Category to organize your smart responses.
  8. Click Save.
