Create Appointments

Included with Digital 360 Health Office Module

Creating appointments allows you to easily send automated information and surveys to patients based on the procedure or reason for their visit.

To create an appointment type, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Setup.
  2. Click Appointments.
  3. Click Add.
  4. In the Name box, enter a name for this appointment. For example, Follow up, Consult, or Ultrasound.
  5. Optional: Customize details, including procedure names or aliases from your EMR software, resources, information or instructions, and reminders.
  6. Click Save.

To add surveys to your appointment, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Surveys tab next to Overview. 
  2. Click Attach Survey.
  3. Select your survey, click Add
  4. Customize the survey delivery details, click Save.
