Importing Patient Data

Patient data can be imported into the Digital 360 Health platform from your electronic medical record (EMR) software. 

Export from your EMR software as a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file. If you cannot export as a CSV, open the file in Excel, then File > Save As a .csv file.

Follow the steps below to import patient data:

  1. Go to Tools.
  2. Click Import Patient Data.
  3. Select the Import Template. If the template doesn't appear, ensure you have Customized the Import Template.
  4. Click Browse and select the CSV file you previously exported.
  5. Click Import Patient Data.
  6. Review the data, click Commit to save and import.
