Adding Providers

Easily add new providers to your Digital 360 Health platform. Provider types include Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, and Physical Therapist.

Before adding a new provider, please ensure that their user account has been created. To learn how to create an admin user account, visit: Adding Admins

To add a new Provider, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Setup.
2. Click Providers.
3. Click Add Provider.
4. Enter the name and provider type.
5. Select the User.
6. Optional:
   • Enter an alias for import matching.
   • Video conference link.
   • On-Call Cell Phone # - Enter the provider's cell phone number, and they will receive a text notification when a patient uses after-hours messages. 
   • Prevent patients from messaging provider? - This option disables this specific provider from receiving messages if enabled.
7. Click Save.

To add Authorized Users for a provider:

1. Locate the provider, click Edit.
2. Click the Authorized Users tab.
3. Click Authorize User.
4. Select the user or qualified healthcare professionals who qualify for this billing constraint.
5. Click Authorize User(s) to save.
